Position Summary...
The Project Manager, Merchandising - Strategy & Initiatives will be a key partner to our merchandising organization, responsible for bringing our strategic vision to life. This role is for a project manager who is not only a strong communicator and organizer but also a proactive innovator who leverages technology to improve outcomes. You will use your skills to streamline our project portfolio, manage complex initiatives, and provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights.What you'll do...
What you'll do- Manage strategic project portfolios: Oversee a portfolio of merchandising projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans while building tools to automate reporting and centralize project tracking.
- Lead with technology and innovation: Leverage technical skills to enhance project management capabilities by exploring new tools or creating custom dashboards that improve efficiency and data visibility across the merchandising team.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution: Drive collaboration across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and data flow. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
- Deliver executive-level communication: Prepare and present clear, concise executive summaries that highlight project health, progress, and insights using data-driven storytelling.
- Support new club and remodel initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams to define, scope, and measure the success of merchandising strategies for new and remodeled club openings.
- Strategic Acumen: A strong understanding of how projects align with broader business goals and the ability to prioritize work that drives the most impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Comfort using metrics and dashboards to guide decisions, track progress, and communicate outcomes.
- Resourcefulness & Tool Building: A self-starter mindset with the technical skills to build tools and dashboards that streamline reporting and improve visibility.
- Clear Communication: Ability to distill complex project details into high-impact summaries for leadership and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.2 years’ supervisory experience.
