We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Regional Data Change Manager for AMEA to lead the region as they implement O9 planning and SAP S4HANA systems.

You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of a large or several smaller projects. You will work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.
How you will contribute
As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs of embracing a new state of the art planning system O9 solutions as well as moving towards SAP S4 HANA and thereby strengthening our digital core.
You will drive change management for the S4/o9 project across Data Governance, Data Management as well as Data & Analytics, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted, and sustained.
Work with leaders and users to emphasize case for change
Create localized change plans and execute activities
Develop plans to activate and embed data governance in a business-as-usual environment
Identify and assess the change impacts related to data
Define and execute tactical change management interventions
Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders and implementation leads
Measure, monitor and report the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage communications to bring visibility
Coordinate and support training efforts across the business units where required
You will:
Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication of projects
Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization
Set change strategies and create plans
Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement
Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization
Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation
Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies

As a change manager, you will drive change management for the project across business units in AMEA, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted and sustained.

8 to 10+ years’ experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders & mid-management.
Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management

A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Experience in S4 Hana or o9 implementations highly preferred. Experience in planning systems (e.g. o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder etc.) implementations advantageous
Functional knowledge of commercial and planning processes preferred.
