Senior Change Advisor - Digital

  • Temporary full time (35hpw) up to June 2026
  • Salary Range $129,464 - $142,665 + super
  • Hybrid working model with office attendance required 2-3 days per week. Parramatta is the landing location for this team

As part of our digital strategy, we are driving transformation that will change how our people will work, collaborate, and deliver products and services. This role is about making these changes easier for our people and stakeholders by coordinating and aligning change initiatives that impact ways of working, processes, or technology. You will provide a clear, holistic view of what’s changing and ensure our people are supported every step of the way.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate change across Revenue Digital: Work collaboratively with digital delivery teams and operational business units to align change activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring a smooth and consistent change experience.
  • Lead the Change Leaders Network: Coordinate the work of the change champions within Revenue Digital to share insights, build capability, and drive adoption of change initiatives across Revenue Digital.
  • Provide practical, actionable advice:  Offer guidance on change impacts, communications, training needs, and deployment plans to support informed decision making.
  • Maintain a big picture view: Track all change initiatives affecting our people and stakeholders, identify overlaps or risks, and provide leadership with a consolidated view of change readiness.
  • Develop and embed standards: Shape and implement a consistent change framework and tools that make collaboration easier and build organisational change capability.
  • Monitor and report on progress: Measure adoption, readiness, and success rates, provide insights to improve future change efforts.
  • Support critical decisions: Facilitate decision-making for high impact or urgent changes, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Strong experience in practical change delivery, ideally environments with multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ability to coordinate and connect the dots across projects and maintain a holistic view.
  • Be a strong facilitator and communicator, equally comfortable working with senior execs and frontline teams
  • Have at least 3+ year’s experience specialising in change management and/ or program management within complex environments
  • Strong coordination skills in facilitating cross-functional collaboration, driving operational efficiency, and implementing sustainable improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and being able to stay connected with peers and groups within Revenue NSW
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for making change stick.

Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at 129,464 base plus superannuation
