Institutional Sales Assistant, Sr na PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company

• Reflect a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Process, maintain, and handle filing of:
• Trade tickets
• Reports
• Customer documents including new account forms
• Process timely and accurate trade allocations.
• Work customer inquiries
• Prepare and forward Travel and Expense Reports
• General clerical duties (Filing, recording, copying, mailing, faxing, Fed-Ex, correspondence, etc.)
• Establish and maintain strong working relations with operations and middle office staff
• Resolve and coordinate any trade and settlement problems
• Communicate in a timely manner any same day settlements
• Work closely with sales & trading support team to ensure settlement of transactions
• Field questions and resolve problems to ensure clients are serviced properly
• Ability to work and resolve more complex issues
• Provide additional support as requested

• Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Superior communications skills, both oral and written; effective interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg’s trading systems
• Ability to work well independently and prioritize tasks
• College (Bachelor’s) degree or equivalent
• Three to five years experience preferred
