The Opportunity:

Due to career progression, Hope Media has a newly created opportunity for you to kickstart your sales career. We have an excellent training program within a supportive team for you to grow your skills and develop your potential.

 

This role is an exciting opportunity focusing on new lead generation. Supporting the Sales team, you will be actively researching and making outbound calls to potential new clients with the view to create partnerships with sponsors who want to promote their services through our radio, digital and online platforms.

 

The role involves:

  • Cold calling & generating appointments
  • Researching new business/sponsorship opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate information in Salesforce database
  • Achieving weekly sales call targets
  • Either full time or flexible part time as negotiated

  • You have a willingness and ability to make cold calls and generate new business
  • You’re emotionally intelligent; you can relate well to a range of people
  • You want to work in a Christian environment joining faith and vocation
  • You display our values - Be Humble, Be Real, Be All In
  • You have lead generation/appointment setting/cold calling experience, OR transferrable experience from other fields and great communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow your sales skills
  • You thrive working in an environment that is target driven
  • Persistent and resilient
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and value building long-term relationships
