Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our school-based team as Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs). This role is ideal for candidates with mental health, social work, counseling, psychology, or related human-services experience who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

About the Role:
As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with students in school environments, implementing behavior support plans created by a BCBA. Your background in mental health or social work helps you bring empathy, rapport-building skills, and a strong understanding of human behavior.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to students during the school day

• Implement behavior intervention strategies designed by a BCBA

• Support emotional regulation and pro-social skills

• Collect data and communicate observations to the clinical team

• Collaborate with school staff to promote student success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or a related human-services field

• ABA experience is required

• Experience working with children or adolescents

• Strong communication, patience, and empathy

• Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA

• Reliability and comfort working in school settings
