Description
Our Branch Managers are responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the Branch. This includes leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct reports creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability. Branch managers are to lead a highly defined member engagement process, coaching specific behaviors that lead to enhanced member service experience and drives growth, while also driving accountability for operational excellence. As a Branch manager, ensuring the execution of policy and procedures are in alignment with applicable regulations is essential.

· Collaborates with other branch managers to set reasonable sales goals.
· Collaborates with Executive Vice President to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.
· Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
· Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
· Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective members, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
· Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
· Collaborates with other department managers and EVP regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
· Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.

Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations or a similar role.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to inspire a team where collaboration, adaptability and accountability to performance are critical to performance.
- Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
