Position Summary: The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Magento 2 CMS and integrations with moderate supervision. They contribute to all phases of development and support production issues independently.  This mid-level position requires strong analytical, troubleshooting and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Working both independently and in a team environment, The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with Operational leaders and business staff to ensure business continuity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in defining software architectures and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues independently.
• Modify and enhance existing applications to improve functionality or integrate with other systems.
• Contribute to code reviews and adhere to coding standards and security best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
• Engage in and actively volunteer for continuous improvement projects and tasks.
• Participate in and sustain 5S Standards.
• Must follow all required Safety and ISO procedures.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education/Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in core programming languages, specifically PHP, as well as front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Proven experience as a full-stack or web developer in an e-commerce environment, with a strong focus on Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to analyze incident trends, performance metrics, and user feedback to spot recurring problems and areas for improvement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to clearly, concisely, and accurately convey ideas and information to others, both verbally and in written form.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to expedite issue resolution.
• Ability to identify and analyze complex problems, and communicate findings and solutions clearly to key stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
• Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. Security Mandates.
