The Data Analyst III is a senior level position with expertise in complex data analysis, modeling, and interpretation. This role involves providing strategic recommendations based on data insights, managing projects, and mentoring junior analysts.
What you will do:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to extract actionable insights and support strategic business decisions. Develop and validate predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors. Conduct in-depth analytical studies to support strategic business initiatives.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques to interpret complex data sets, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Apply machine learning algorithms to build predictive models and uncover patterns in data.
- Oversee data cleaning processes to maintain high data quality and integrity. Employ advanced SQL skills for efficient data querying, manipulation, and database management.
- Use Python or R for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation of repetitive tasks.
- Create sophisticated visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to senior stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
- Lead and manage data analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Mentor junior data analysts, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field required
- Master's Degree Master's Degree Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years Experience in data analysis or a related field required
