Responsibilities:

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Junior Marketing Associate to join our team, based in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto).

 

We envisage success in this role to include;

 

  • Craft high-quality copy aligned with KEO and its Allied Practice’s brand voices and communication standards.
  • Produce clear, engaging, and accurate written content for brochures, newsletters, program guides, press kits, and website updates.
  • Assist with proofreading, editing, and preparing materials for publication.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and idea generation for campaigns, written materials, and event narratives.
  • Support the development of marketing concepts, messaging, and logistical planning for KEO’s annual Europe conference and related initiatives delivered across both the GCC and European markets.
  • Support the creation of program descriptions, participant communications, and editorial content.
  • Help develop event schedules, track timelines, and manage organizational materials.
  • Assist in communicating with vendors, partners, speakers, and participants.
  • Maintain project documentation, content calendars, and relevant communication files.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and events teams as needed.
  • Contribute to internal meetings, taking notes and assisting with follow-up tasks.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 1 year career experience in a similar role, preferably within a publishing environment or agency copywriting, with proven strengths in producing high-quality written content that goes beyond social media. A BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
