This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Job Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a diverse set of colleagues to serve clients in the areas of financial due diligence, including preparation of Quality of Earnings reports and balance sheet reviews related to working capital analysis.
- Consolidate trial balances into monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Analyze target company data and prepare questions on financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks.
- Perform payroll report reconciliations, tax return reconciliations, and cash proof reconciliations.
- Prepare several analysis schedules relating to revenue, COGS, SG&A, payroll, rent, capital expenditures, headcount, AR, AP, WIP, inventory, etc.
- Assist with creating adjustments to target financial statements by identifying non-operational or non-recurring revenue and expenses.
- Perform cash to accrual adjustments.
- Create waterfall analysis schedules for revenue and accounts receivable.
- Assist with detailed Excel formulas and math checks in client deliverables.
- Participate and take notes during financial due diligence discussions with targets.
- Draft tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management’s budget, and indebtedness considerations.
Requirements
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or another Business-related field
- Preference for 1-2 years’ experience in a public accounting firm and operational accounting role, but new hires with strong college results, work history or active in extracurricular activities will always be considered
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CPA or Chartered Accountant is preferred
- A strong and up-to date knowledge of US GAAP
- Exceptional writing, communication, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, management, analytical, decision-making and research skills.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team structure with limited supervision and effect change cross functionally

Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
