Position: Train Cleaner
Contract: Casual
Pay Rate: From $32.31 per hour plus penalties and superannuation
Location: Kalgoorlie Train Station
Shifts available:
Monday to Friday afternoon from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
or
Casual shifts for added flexibility
We would appreciate any flexibility in taking on additional hours where possible.
Please also allow for slight variations in end times due to potential train delays.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
General cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming across train carriages and station areas.
Detailed sanitisation of indoor and outdoor public spaces, including restrooms, rubbish removal, waste disposal, and cleaning of internal and external glass surfaces.
All tasks are performed in a transport environment, requiring attention to safety, hygiene, and punctuality.

The ideal candidate should be punctual, committed to long-term employment, and meet the following requirements:
Be able to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for over 2 hours
Hold a recent National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential, full training will be provided
