Business Transformation Analyst na D-Group

We bring together three brands—Sydney Implant Institute, Dental Lounge, and Dental 99—to deliver premium patient care, smart tech, and operational excellence. We're now building out our Head Office team in Sydney and looking for a smart, curious, and driven Business Transformation Analyst to support the next phase of our growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to gain end-to-end experience in operations, project delivery, and business improvement. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, clinicians and operational teams to:

• Deliver small-to-medium transformation projects from planning through to tracking outcomes
• Analyse performance data and generate insights that inform leadership decisions
• Co-design and document processes that improve patient experience and clinic performance
• Run staff engagement sessions, training, and feedback workshops
• Keep our internal systems (CRM, trackers, notes) sharp and up to date

You’ll be at the centre of the action—learning directly from experienced leaders and building foundational consulting and operational delivery skills.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to a variety of academic and professional backgrounds, but ideally, you are:

• Early in your career (1–3 years' experience or a standout graduate)
• From a background in healthcare, life sciences, business, or operations
• A confident communicator who can translate ideas into action
• Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
• Naturally curious and motivated to learn about how businesses run and grow
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable working with data

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience using CRM platforms (like Hubspot)
• Worked in healthcare, dental, or customer experience-led organisations
