About the Role

The Senior Measurement Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of measurement data used throughout the organization. You will validate, analyze, and reconcile complex datasets, support continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a technical authority in measurement processes. With your expertise, you will help maintain compliance, optimize workflows, and elevate our measurement standards.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating discrepancies, improving systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless measurement operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Validate, reconcile, and analyze measurement data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance;
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies in FLOWCAL, SCADA, EFM, and related systems;
  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes;
  • Support internal and external audits, providing technical documentation and investigative findings;
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Field Measurement, and Engineering teams to improve data reliability;
  • Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and reporting processes;
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and measurement efficiency;
  • Provide mentorship, technical support, and problem-solving guidance to junior analysts and team members;
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in measurement calculations, data integrity, and system performance;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

  • Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule;
  • Ability to work outside of scheduled hours, including evenings or weekends, as required to meet operational or workload needs.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Measurement Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience;
  • 5+ years of experience in measurement data analysis, preferably in oil & gas or energy sectors;
  • Proficiency with FLOWCAL (required), SCADA systems, and measurement data platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and reconcile discrepancies;
  • Knowledge of industry measurement standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable guidelines;
  • Experience performing root-cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
