What You'll Do
- Build real, long-term relationships with customers—before, during, and long after the sale
- Guide buyers confidently through the full sales process
- Match customers with Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles that fit their lifestyle and goals
- Follow up with leads using phone, text, email, and CRM tools to turn interest into appointments
- Close deals with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
- Stay sharp by learning product updates, features, and incentives
- Hit—and exceed—monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
