Dual Enrollment Success Coach
Full-time Administrator (Level 14 )
Salary Range $52,000 - $58,000 (salary is commensurate on experience)
Reports to: Program Manager of Dual Enrollment

**This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations.

BASIC PURPOSE:
The Dual Enrollment Success Coach plays a pivotal role as the primary liaison between high schools and the College, facilitating access to college-level coursework for eligible high school students. This role is essential in helping dual enrollment students navigate their first college experience effectively. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with current partner school personnel and dual enrollment students, facilitating communication and access to college services for dual enrollment students, and assisting the Dual Enrollment team with enrollment, registration, and dual enrollment-related events. This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel among all campuses and off-site locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as liaison between high schools and the College for new, current, and returning dual enrollment students by providing consistent, accurate, and timely information about dual enrollment pathways, academies, events, and programs; Maintain active communication with high school counselors, administrators, academic advisors, and dual enrollment faculty in support of dual enrollment students.
- Coordinate dual enrollment student scheduling across institutions and facilitate seamless integration of high school and college course schedules, certifying that scheduling enables students to meet graduation requirements while maximizing dual enrollment opportunities; Ensure that classes align with both high school and college calendars.
- Collaborate in managing logistics of college course enrollment through oversight of registration, transportation, and access to college resources for high school students enrolled in dual enrollment courses.
- Guide dual enrollment students by explaining eligibility requirements and available pathways that align with their post-secondary goals, in coordination with their academic advisor.
- Assist dual enrollment students with the application, registration, and onboarding process, as needed; Organize and participate in programs and informational sessions related to student enrollment, orientation, and promotional events for students and families.
- Ensure accuracy of all dual enrollment academy information, including program curricula, on the College website, Course Catalog, and all programmatic marketing materials.
- Collaborate with campus offices, including Academic Advising, Enrollment Services, and Information Technology, to support dual enrollment students, address parental concerns, and other requests.
- Work with the Bursar’s Office to facilitate the completion of parent release forms and ensure timely student payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Training/Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in a student success environment required.
- Ability to travel, work nights and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity.
- Evidence of strong presentation, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understanding of the Community College mission/philosophy, practice and population.
- Demonstrated ability to work with administrative computer hardware and software.
