In this Quality Engineering Assistant role, you will be an individual contributor and a manufacturing quality team member primarily responsible for supporting the Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing value stream with secondary responsibilities in microwave factories. You will help drive process improvements while also ensuring compliance to factory procedures, other tasks could include conducting audits, providing status on projects or products, analyzing data to make informed decisions, reporting on metrics, and performing AS9102 First Article Inspections.
This role will be performed full-time onsite because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this job. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
