Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Support control valve maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and appropriate corrective actions.
- Analyze valve scans and AMS device alarms to identify equipment repair requirements and prevent failures through predictive and preventative techniques.
- Monitor, manage and revise PMs, job guidelines, procedures, obsolescence replacement plans and AMS valve monitoring for optimal equipment reliability and value.
- Review maintenance and vendor repair reports to ensure work is executed to company standards. Serve as company representative at vendor FATs for critical valves.
- Develop work list and supervise control valve turnaround work scope.
- Support Reliability Engineering as a Unit Reliability Core Team member through criticality ranking, bad actor management, and reliability studies.
- Support Plant Support & Capital Projects from a Design for Reliability (DFR) input and design specification validation.
- Provide mentorship, training, and SME input to maintenance, operations, and zone analysts on guidelines, recommended practices, maintenance standards, and failure findings.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years' experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $116,800 – $200,400. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on their skills, experience, and qualifications.
