MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Classification Management Officer 3 (CMO 3) to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.Responsibilities include but not limited to:The Classification Management Officer 3 CMO 3 provides comprehensive classification management guidance in accordance with Executive Orders, National Security guidelines and ICD 710, Classification and Control Markings SystemPerform detailed analysis and quick issue resolutionProvide classification, control marking, and dissemination principles knowledgeProvide CM recommendations to senior customer leadershipGenerate, track, coordinate and respond to action items in a timely mannerConduct classification reviewsIdentify and assess sources for classification determinationsMinimum Qualifications:HS Diploma and 12 or more years of relevant security experience or Associates degree and 8 or more years of relevant security experience or Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of relevant security experience or Masters/Doctorate and 3 or more years of relevant security experienceAbility to handle complex security classification issuesDemonstrated knowledge of SCI arenaThorough understanding of Executive Order 13526 and it’s implementing directiveThorough understanding of IC and DoD regulatory guidanceAbility to utilize effective writing, communication and research skillsPrevious experience providing protection guidance to federal customerPreferred Qualifications:Ability to assist the government in the NRO Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP)Experience working with industrial security staffsSecurity Program Oversight Manual (NISPOM) security policy and proceduresWorking knowledge of acquisition lifecycle security requirementsSecurity Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/PolygraphPhysical requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentationsMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Candidatar-se agora
