We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager I to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering successful software implementations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to grow your project management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while making a direct impact on our clients' success.

Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties: 

  • Specializes in both Data Integration and Multi-Product Software Implementations.

  • Creates project plan for implementing new customers, recommends specific features and workflows to make project most effective. 

  • Trains and mentors junior team members.                                                                                                            

  • Sets up and configures software or import/export processes.                                                                                                       

  • Holds kickoff and status calls to keep shareholders informed.                                                                                                                                    

  • Provides or coordinates customer training.                                                                                                            

  • Answers customer questions, and aids in troubleshooting errors.                                                                                                                            

  • Provides software demos and assists customers with implementation of new software features.

  • Logs defects and works with product teams on resolution.                                                                                                            

  • Coordinates suggestions and project requests between customers and product teams.                                                                                                           

  • Investigates billing inquiries.                                                                                                            

  • Submits custom development projects to create customer templates.                                                                                                            

  • Some travel required to visit customer accounts when appropriate.                                                                                                           

  • Must be able to perform duties with reasonable accommodation.

  • Occasionally after-hours work required.

Qualifications

 

 

      Requirements:

  • Expected to work 40 hours per week

  • BA/BS in business or related technical field or equivalent experience preferred

  • 1+ years as Implementation Specialist I or equivalent experience 

  • 3+ years’ experience in software support or related area

  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting software

  • Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage priorities and tight deadlines

  • Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results 

  • Ability to manage and motivate personnel who are not direct reports

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and other departments

  • Outstanding Customer service focus and skills

  • Knowledge of property insurance claims processes

  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Excel, MS PowerPoint & Internet technologies

  • Proficient of electronic data interchanges (EDI)

  • Proficient with XML, SQL

  • Proficient with FTP, sFTP, and Web Services

  • Proficient with Oracle, Keycode Manager, and Online Instance Admin
