WHAT YOU'LL DO:

A/R and A/P Manager

This role performs accounting, finance, and management functions, and is critical to the success of Imperial. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working with others to achieve small & big wins keep reading for the details.

Responsibilities:

  • Review accounts receivable & accounts payable agings weekly
  • Work with an internal team to contact our customers for payment
  • Research and drive resolution for balances owed, escalating to department leaders as needed

Pay:

  • Commensurate with experience
  • Eligible for bonuses & full-time benefits, including Health, Dental, Life, 401k, Holidays, Sick days, and Vacation

 Hours:

  • Mon - Fri, 8 hours daily anytime between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

 


WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

 

  • 6 year work experience in various, progressive accounting roles
  • previous supervisory experience preferred but not required
  • high computer literacy; Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented & organized
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in completion of projects
  • Good communication skills & flexible to help where needed
