Responsibilities

The Director of Growth & Case Acquisition is responsible for building, leading, and optimizing a high-performing marketing and lead generation organization for a high-volume personal injury law firm.

This leader will oversee all aspects of case acquisition across digital performance, traditional media, social content, community engagement, lead partnerships, and referrals — driving sustainable growth and measurable results.
