As the Junior Estimator, you’ll manage all aspects of the estimating process, from takeoffs to pricing to submittals, while building strong relationships across the construction community.

Location: Dallas, TX 75238 (100% on-site)

What You’ll Do

• Play a key role in our commercial projects: analyzing architectural drawings, preparing accurate bids, and collaborating with general contractors to win and deliver projects successfully.
• Preparing detailed estimates for commercial and large-scale window treatment projects from start to submittal 
• Reviewing architectural drawings and specs 
• Identifying and pricing product alternatives 
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate handoffs and timelines
• Building and maintaining relationships with general contractors

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial estimating experience (Division 10, wall protection, or window treatments preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Bluebeam 
• Expert in Excel, including complex formulas 
• Proven ability to build relationships with general contractors
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive communicator
• Positive, team-minded, client-oriented attitude
