This position provides support for our 3rd Party colocation customers. As such, project management and technical skills will be leveraged to enable continuity, and professional communication as a liaison between our direct customers, and the 3rd party resources such as colocation providers, which we utilize to service them. The ability to provide a status and pursue updates throughout the lifecycle of a project, along with escalation of issues not meeting our expectations is critical.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between Csquare’s internal teams, 3rd party colocation providers, and customers to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing service delivery within 3rd party colocation environments.
- Coordinate project activities including infrastructure builds, power and connectivity provisioning, migrations, and operational transitions to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with 3rd party colocation providers, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and operational performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment on project deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation; escalate risks and issues to appropriate leadership as needed.
- Support customer inquiries, incident resolution, and change requests by collaborating with both internal and external teams to drive timely resolution.
- Assist with invoicing review (ticket time vs billed time)
- Participate in periodic business reviews and status meetings with customers and vendors to ensure transparency, accountability, and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Csquare policies, procedures, and safety standards, as well as those of partner colocation providers.

Competencies
- Understanding of general colocation environments
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Proficiency in ticket systems/CRMs (ServiceNow, Clarify, Remedy…)
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and rally resources
Required Education and Experience
- Some college
- 5 years experience in a PM or technical role
