UI/UX Designer na CASE Management Consulting, LLC

Required Skills and Experience:

A minimum of five years of experience in UI/UX design, including:

• Working in an Agile environment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including program, project, and product management, engineering, and customers—to create seamless user experiences and drive product innovation.
• Developing and communicating a clear design strategy that ensures user interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and defining the design roadmap.
• Utilizing data visualization, creating wireframes and user flows, rapid prototyping, and conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
