A Day in the Life
As a Business Development Coordinator, you’ll start your day with a team huddle, sharing strategies and celebrating successes. You’ll dive into prospecting—making calls, sending emails, and connecting on social media to qualify leads and set up appointments for our Account Executives. You’ll research target accounts, nurture relationships, and match client needs with the right solutions. You’ll log your outreach in HubSpot, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in sales meetings and trainings. Responsibilities & Expectations
- Qualify and drive new sales leads through the process
- Initiate contact with potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media
- Research accounts and identify key decision makers
- Suggest products/services that meet prospect needs
- Build long-term relationships through trust and persistence
- Maintain detailed records in HubSpot
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 5-8 years of business development experience
- Self-starter with a “hunter” mentality—persistent, motivated, and results-oriented
- Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team
- Tech sales or managed IT services experience is a plus
