The Opportunity
In this role, you will have the chance to shape the future of two Melbourne communities - while collaborating with a dynamic team and making your mark on the projects.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in the execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
- Take ownership of the digital assets, including website and property portals
- Assist with marketing briefs and presentations.
- Leverage data-driven insights to segment audiences, personalise communications, and optimise database marketing strategies
- Manage online listings and eDMs, ensuring our projects stand out in a competitive market.
- Curate and edit high-impact imagery for digital platforms
- Play a key role in project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing.
- Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops.
- Assist and attend project launches and community events, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants.
- Social Media content creation and management of calendars and posting
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior marketing industry experience is preferred but not essential, especially in Digital Marketing with a keen interest in the Property industry
- A team player who brings energy, initiative and a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- A current driver’s licence and access to a car for site visits is a must.
