La función principal del Gerente Regional Comercial es lograr el desarrollo rentable del negocio y canal de distribución a través del cumplimiento del plan de ventas, la generación de utilidades del negocio y la generación de cash flow (Administración adecuada de la cobranza, condiciones especiales de venta cuando fuere necesario y demanda de inventarios).

Responsabilidades clave:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Volumen de Ventas de acuerdo al Plan de Negocio (Net Sales Plan) y Profit Contribution estándar del plan (Ganancia neta que se obtiene al restar al monto de ventas, el costo del producto) a través de la implementación de estrategias de ventas y la supervisión del personal asignado a su cargo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Plan de Cobranza (Account Receivable Plan) de acuerdo a los lineamientos vigentes para mantener la cartera en corriente y manteniendo el Bad debt (Cuentas incobrables o cuentas morosas) de acuerdo al plan.
- Atención y seguimiento a clientes actuales promover el desarrollo, crecimiento orgánico, crear estrategias locales, impulsar y dar seguimiento a estrategias corporativas, impulsar nuevos productos y/o tecnologías, implementación de sistemas de color de PPG.
- Implementación de herramientas y sistemas que PPG tenga para administración como Sales Force
Requisitos:
5 años o más en experiencia comercial/ mercadotecnia.
(Deseable venir de la industria de Refinish/ Repintado)
Experiencia en indicadores financieros, seguimiento a compromisos comerciales y atencion a clientes
Disponibilidad 100% en campo.
Ingles intermedio
Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluída.
