The Role

We are in an exciting phase of our SaaS journey as we continue to scale our Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS) to our valued vet clinic customers. We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our Eight Mile Plains based team. You will lead the end-to-end management of strategic technology partnerships for our PIMS (with a focus on our cloud-based product, Ascend) and will oversee due diligence processes and evaluation of commercial, technical, and administrative aspects of strategic partners, aligned to our product strategy.
Your main responsibilities will be;
- Managing day to day relationships with our technology partners locally and globally.
- Building a scalable partnership model by identifying, prioritising, and integrating high-value partners, driving revenue growth through existing and new opportunities.
- Evaluating, negotiating and securing new partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with our overall strategic and financial objectives.
- Driving collaboration with external vendors, suppliers and industry partners.
- Establishing and monitoring KPI’s to assess partnership success while overseeing day to day invoicing and revenue tracking.
- Driving alignment across product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and support teams.
- Overseeing multiple partner projects concurrently, ensuring scope, timeline and budget are managed.
About You
To be successful you will have;
- Degree qualifications in Business, Technology or a related field.
- Demonstrated five years experience managing technology partnerships, with a proven track record or driving financial and strategic outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience working with SaaS products as well as knowledge of API’s and integrations will be highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, project management, and multi-regional stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
