Job Description:About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and energised retail intern with a passion for luxury to assist us with our store operations. As a retail intern, you will have direct experience in handling retail operations including but not limited to sales support, customer service and visual merchandising. At the end of the internship, you can expect to gain deeper understanding and experience in luxury retail sales, inventory management, and supporting the retail team with administrative tasks or special projects like in-store activation events.
Job Description
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, provide product recommendations, and assist with sales transactions.
Store operations: Help with stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
Sales support: Inform customers about existing promotions, sign them up for newsletters, and assist with closing sales.
Inventory management: Assist with inventory counts, track stock levels, and help with receiving new deliveries.
Additional duties may include:
Administrative tasks: Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and help with general office tasks.
Visual merchandising: Assist with setting up displays, arranging merchandise, and planning store layouts.
Special projects: Support new campaigns, live-streaming sessions in-store, help plan in-store events, or assist with online store-related tasks.
Management assistance: Learn from and support the retail management team with daily tasks and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
*Note: This is a 6 month internship to start from Jan 2026
Ability to work on weekends and selected public holidays (roster basis)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to interact with customers and team members professionally and positively.
Customer service oriented: A strong focus on providing a positive customer experience.
Proactive and self-motivated: A willingness to take initiative and learn.
Organized: Able to manage tasks and maintain order in a retail environment.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Doc and Google Slides.
