Job Description:
MAIN OBJECTIVE
Procurement of raw materials and project management.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
Industrial Engineering or related field, with experience in project management.
Project Management.
New Product Launches.
Materials Management.
ACTIVITIES
Transfer of production lines (machinery, equipment, tooling, fixtures, etc.).
Coordination and leadership of work teams supporting the projects.
Ongoing communication with counterparts and work teams at the plant and in other countries.
Ability to prepare presentations and report project progress.
Advanced management and assurance of materials through systems, contact, and follow-up.
Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork, proactive attitude, and problem escalation.
Knowledge of Oracle, MS Project, Power BI, and desirable advanced Excel skills.
Advanced English. Experience managing administrative personnel.
Focus on continuous improvement. Process documentation and adherence to the Quality System.
