You will focus to sales target and business growth on General Industries segment which consist of Transco, APAF, GF and HDE in Indonesia. You will be reporting directly to Sales Manager, Industrial Coatings.
Key Responsibilities
Build qualified pipelines of sales opportunities to achieve sales target
Develop sales approaching strategies to achieve business growth
Provide primary leadership to coordinate with technical, technical service, supply chain, customer service to support project and existing customer
Set inventory levels, supply chain parameters with the business support function and always review for improvement opportunities
Follow direction in ensuring compliance to internal procedures, industry regulations and government requirements.
Create a working relationship and conduct regular and consistent communication with business support team to ensure customers' expectations are fulfilled.
Coordinate gathering of coatings information including product performance, pricing and strategic positioning
Qualifications
Broad background in business related to sales, marketing and technical management
Degree in business Management or relevant area
Experience minimum of 5 or more years of experience is required in sales, marketing or general management experience is required
Coordinate across a matrix and cross functional organization
Highest ethical standards and concern for PPG's best interests
