What You Can Expect:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Spain.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our logistics services.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, detailing progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding,
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of the logistics and transportation market in Spain, including key players, trends, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and drive.
