BioMar Australia, a world leading producer of high-performance and sustainable aquaculture feed, is seeking a dedicated part-time Fulfilment Coordinator (0.6 FTE) to join our growing team on the stunning northwest coast of Tasmania.

What Does the Part-Time Role Look Like? Reporting to the Fulfilment Manager, you will work part-time (0.6 FTE) to support the efficient flow of our high-quality fish feed products from warehouse to customers. You'll coordinate with customers, internal departments and external suppliers and couriers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process orders, verify accuracy, and select efficient fulfilment methods.

  • Delivery Coordination: Prepare shipments, schedule deliveries, and track progress.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain records, and assist with stocktakes.

  • Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide delivery updates.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate reports and maintain accurate records.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment.

  • Warehouse Support: Assist with stock movements and reporting.

  • Experience with warehouse management system is highly regarded.
