What you will do:
The Graphics and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and upholding all marketing communications to the established brand standards, while developing, executing, and analyzing an array of marketing efforts including internal and external campaigns, digital and print advertising, and brand collateral for all departments. In conjunction with the Marketing Specialists, works to manage a social media calendar that aligns with marketing goals. Works directly with the CSDO and other department and service line leaders to create, produce, and print collateral and materials as needed. This position requires multi-discipline talent and skill to include art direction, graphic design, social media management, and digital user experience.
Required Education:
Experience in graphic and website design/advertising, marketing or communications or equivalent on the job or college experience.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic or digital marketing design or marketing communications.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of graphic design and website content management software, experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Must be confident in sharing creative concepts, detailed-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines. Must be able to communicate and interact professionally with all levels of hospital staff, as well as physicians and community leaders. Knowledge of Adobe CS6 and WordPress.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of WordPress, social media management, photography and offer video skills.
Required Experience:
Graphic design or advertising layout experience. Social media experience and managing a must.
