We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall functionality of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.

Requirements
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of heavy industrial or equivalent mechanical maintenance experience.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Welding, fabrication, or machining experience a plus.
- Safety-focused, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Independent with strong mechanical optimization strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
