JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a talented and driven Front-End Engineer with strong Blazor and UI/UX skills to build modern, intuitive interfaces for our internal and external web applications. You will own front-end experience across the organization and help translate complex workflows into clean, efficient, user-friendly interfaces. This role will shape the user experience for manufacturing teams, internal departments, dealer networks, and external stakeholders.

  1. Build polished, responsive Blazor interfaces using component libraries and modern UI techniques.
  2. Transform business processes into streamlined, intuitive user flows.
  3. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs efficiently.
  4. Maintain design consistency, accessibility, and performance across applications.
  5. Implement reusable UI components and style frameworks.
  6. Optimize Blazor Server/WASM performance and interactivity.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to refine prototypes and UI concepts.
  8. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
  9. Utilize platforms such as, but not limited to: Power BI, Epicor, etc. 

 

Required Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of experience with Blazor Server or WASM.
  2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and component-based UI design.
  3. Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  4. Understanding of REST API integration.
  5. Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
  6. Proven experience, showcased in a professional portfolio. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with component libraries (ComponentOne, MudBlazor, Telerik, etc.).
  2. Familiarity with JavaScript interop in Blazor.
  3. Experience building dashboards or visualization components.
  4. Understanding of .NET backend basics to collaborate effectively.

 

Work Environment
ON-SITE Required. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to access and navigate all areas in the facility and access all machinery.
