Weichert Referral Associates is hiring a Member Success Coordinator in Morris Plains, NJ. The Member Success Coordinator is responsible for engaging and growing referral agent placements. This role is critical to engaging our network, driving referral volume, and ensuring agents understand how to maximize the value of their license. The ideal candidate combines relationship-building expertise, sales insight, and operational efficiency to foster agent engagement and deliver measurable results. 

 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Referral Agent Engagement 

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with our referral agent member base through calls, texts, emails, social media posts, and webinars.
  • Educates agents on how to place referrals, best practices for success, and strategies to expand their networks.
  • Identifies opportunities to support referral agents in leveraging their real estate license.
  • Welcomes new members through orientation webinars and phone calls.
  • Ensures referral agents understand brokerage processes and policies.

 Referral Program Management 

  • Ensures referral agents inform brokerage of any placements made.
  • Facilitates referral agreements and ensures all parties have signed.
  • When needed, identifies top-performing sales agents with proven track records of lead conversion to receive our referral placements.
  • Re-assigns referral placements when necessary.

Content and Communication 

  • Develops and executes monthly newsletters, social media posts, and other communications to keep agents informed and engaged.
  • Ensures all communications reinforce the value proposition of our referral program.
  • Addresses and resolves issues or questions from referral agents promptly and professionally.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all referral-related inquiries.

 Strategic Contribution 

  • Identifies opportunities to optimize the referral program for growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborates with the follow-up/operations team to ensure seamless handling of referrals and agent engagement.
  • Continuously evaluates trends, provides recommendations, and implements best practices to maximize referral volume.

 

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
