Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Memory Care Unit

Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach is seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated memory care team. We offer flexible hours and up to 32 hours per week to accommodate your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents with memory impairments and dementia

- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to the healthcare team

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety

- Document resident care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Support residents’ emotional well-being through compassionate interaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current LPN license in the state of Florida

- Prior experience working with memory care or dementia residents preferred

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medication administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Flexibility to work part-time hours, up to 32 hours per week
