What you'll do:
- Greet & establish rapport with residents and prospective residents, receive community comments, suggestions, and complaints, and forward to the appropriate Manager.
- Order marketing materials and create packets for prospects.
- Perform administrative functions, including answering phones, text messages, social media messages, typing, copying, and filing.
- Entertain, greet, impress, and answer questions from unsold prospects who visit the office seeking a walk-through of model homes before booking a property tour.
- Collect supporting documents to complete underwriting applications.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs.
- Assist with the implementation of resident relation “fun fund” activities/events.
- Forward all customer service requests to the appropriate Manager.
- Post content on social media and answer comments and messages.
- Creates monthly Newsletter, resident birthdays, fun fund event invitations, updates on the farm.
- Answer and direct phone calls, qualifies leads and schedules property tours, handle prospecting calls and first-time introductory calls.
- Send informative emails to interested prospects.
- Make sure all offices and model homes are kept clean and presentable and keep the office materials and beverages stocked.?
- Assemble/order/create gift baskets for all move-in customers.
- Constantly promote interest in Roberts Communities by presenting a positive attitude and having a great rapport with current residents to encourage in-park referrals.
- Inspect Model homes, ensuring they are clean and in showable condition, stocked with marketing material.
- Assist Sales Manager on projects, including Sales Events and tradeshows.
- Direct Service requests to Project Team.
