The Spine Center is hiring for a clinical team leader in a surgical specialty practice focused on neck and back health along with interventional pain treatment for multiple conditions. We are a small team with an experienced group of Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurses, MA's, Athletic Trainer and front office patient service specialists. This position is looking for an RN BSN with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical practice, spine and orthopedic strongly preferred. The nurse supervisor will interface regularly with our Orthopedic Spine Surgeon and Clinic Director. Our clinic runs Monday - Friday with emergent care only on the weekends.

***$8,000 sign on bonus for a two-year, full-time commitment to Valley View. (Internal candidates not eligible for bonus).***

Work in an Outpatient setting to utilize your clinical and management skills to enhance the seamless delivery of quality care within the Spine Center.  Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day clinical operations of a physician practice, oversee clinical staff members, be responsible for clinical staff training, monitoring and maintaining clinical staff competencies, monitoring clinical integration, support physician schedules, and ensure efficient patient flow through the practice. This is a working supervisor position, so this role will be providing direct patient care as necessary to help the team. May involve occasional travel to outreach clinics.

Requirements:

  • Current Colorado RN license (DORA); or eligibility to obtain.
  • 2 years post graduate experience as an RN.
  • 2 years supervisory experience in a direct-line supervisory position preferred. 
  • Substantial work exposure to ambulatory care is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

SALARY RANGE

  • ‎$37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN)
  • Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
  • Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
  • $8,000 sign on bonus for a two-year, full-time commitment to Valley View. (Internal candidates not eligible for bonus).
