The Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic integration across all non-manufacturing enterprise functions. This role leads and directs Commercial Analytics & Forecasting, Corporate Program Management, Information Technology, Patient Services, and Market Access, ensuring these functions operate cohesively to support both near-term business performance and long-term organizational growth.
As a strategic partner to the CEO, the EVP Corporate Operations formulates and executes enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in operational strategy, cross-functional program management, and digital transformation. The EVP is responsible for establishing robust governance frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Commercial Analytics and Forecasting
- Lead the design and execution of analytics capabilities to inform commercial decision-making and strategic planning
- Oversee revenue forecasting, demand planning, market modeling, and competitive intelligence for marketed products and pipeline assets
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to ensure forecasts are accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate goals
- Establish KPIs, incentive plans and dashboards for tracking product performance and market dynamics
Corporate Program Management
- Execute and supervise the CPM function
- Drive the execution of the strategic planning process working closely with Finance, Commercial, Medical, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
- Direct enterprise-level program and portfolio management to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Drive cross-functional planning, governance, and reporting processes for high-priority projects, including product launches, and system implementations.
- Implement best practices for project management, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
- Serve as a facilitator between leadership and functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
Information Technology
- Oversee IT strategy, infrastructure, and systems in support of a cohesive, efficient, secure and progressive organization
- Lead the internal Information Management Governance Committee which oversees systems and processes for managing information and communication within the Company
- Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable IT platforms that meet applicable regulatory (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GDPR) and public company standards
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data integration, and business intelligence capabilities
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements
Patient Services
- Lead patient services and market access strategy and execution to ensure seamless access to therapies and high-quality patient support
- Manage partnerships with specialty pharmacies, patient HUBs, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
- Ensure patient services programs are compliant, effective, and aligned with market access and commercial strategies
- Oversee the development and monitoring of patient engagement metrics and service quality
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Market Access
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Medical Affairs to align pricing, contracting, and access strategies with corporate objectives
- Develop and execute payer access, pricing, and reimbursement tactics to ensure broad and sustainable access to therapies
- Lead negotiations and partnerships with payers, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and government agencies to secure formulary inclusion and appropriate coverage
- Monitor evolving policy, regulatory, and competitive landscapes to anticipate and adapt to changes in market access conditions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing payer interactions, pricing transparency, and reimbursement practices.
- Participate in the Company’s activities to impact regulatory and statutory decision making related to pricing, reimbursement, and access
Facilities Management
- Oversee and direct the Company’s facilities to ensure that they are operational and secure at all times
- Participate in Emergency Planning and Preparedness activities to secure the safety of employees and Company assets that are maintained in the facilities
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field required
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare companies, with at least 5 years in a commercial-stage, public company environment.
- Proven track record managing multiple enterprise functions (e.g., Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Forecasting).
- Experience working with payers, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, HUB service providers, and third-party logistics partners.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a complex, regulated environment.
- Extensive experience in commercial leadership (Sales, Marketing, Business Development) a plus

The base salary for this position will range from $380,000 to $420,000. Candidate experience, professional licensing, and geographic location will be taken into consideration.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all required screening and verification processes, including for authority to work in the United States.
