Supervisor of Special Services na Stonington Public Schools

Stonington Public Schools is seeking an experienced and successful educator and leader to serve as the Supervisor of Special Services.
A successful candidate should possess the following:

• A strong ability to work with both students and staff in special education and related services at the middle and high school levels
• Previous experience facilitating PPT meetings
• A background in transition planning

Candidates must hold a Connecticut Intermediate Administration Certification (092) and at least one of the following endorsements: 

• 165/065/265 Comprehensive Special Education, K-12

• 061 Speech and Language Pathologist

• 070 School Psychologist

Salary range per the SSASA collective bargaining agreement is $117,385 - $121,200, pro-rated based on date of hire. This is a 207-day-per-year position. Additional stipends for this position include online account management, a community activities stipend, and a travel allowance (totaling $6,300).
