Loan Servicing Assistant - (Temporary) na Wintrust

What You’ll Do:

• Review Mortgage documents for Construction to Perm loans to determine original P&I payment methodology and review any subsequent ARM notices and modification documents for payment change activity.  Log findings in tracker.

• Complete payment amortization schedules for C-P Loans and compare to original note.  Calculate updated payment change if applicable. 

• Review payment histories/servicing system to identify potential P&I changes.

• Update customer correspondence and log customer responses accordingly.

• Assist in creating Loan modification documents.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Mortgage or Banking experience

• Familiar with Mortgage documents

• Intermediate proficiency with Excel

• Organized and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Work well independently

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $19.00 - $23.00.  Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
