Join our Hospitality Team as a Hospitality Manager located in our Washington, D.C. office.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the conference center and guest services in our Washington DC office. The Hospitality Manager position will help to ensure the highest standards of quality, communication, and guest satisfaction for both internal and external guests. Using your expertise and experience you will collaborate with other office leaders to guide all aspects of hospitality operations, including guest services, conference center bookings, catering, vendor relationships, and staff management
This position is based in our Washington, DC office, on an in-office basis. This role reports to the Business Director.
Position Summary
The Hospitality Manager will create and lead a unified hospitality team responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience and supporting office events within the office and DMV. This individual will ensure seamless and high-quality hospitality service delivery and implement efficient procedures for all aspects of hospitality management. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees daily operations of the Conference Center and related support services, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.
Collaborates with office leadership to manage guest services, event planning, catering, and vendor relationships.
Develops, implements, and enforce standard operating procedures for staff, guest services, event budgeting, and related functions.
Monitors and manages budgets, contracts, and expenses related to hospitality services.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors and service industry providers.
Leads and motivates hospitality staff to deliver outstanding client and guest experiences.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Ensures compliance with firm policies and relevant regulations.

Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in hospitality management, preferably in a professional service or corporate environment.
Prior experience overseeing teams and managing budgets.
Technology
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Experience with hospitality management software and event management systems preferred.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$97,000- $111,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
