Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field.
- Licenses & Certifications: PE and PTOE required.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in traffic engineering, including signal design, roadway safety analysis, and transportation planning.
- Proficiency in traffic analysis software (e.g., Synchro, HCS, VISSIM) and CAD software (MicroStation preferred).
- Familiarity with NJTA, NJDOT, MUTCD, AASHTO, and local traffic engineering standards and guidelines.
