We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.

Role Overview: 
Due to continued growth we wish to integrate an Electrical Assembly Supervisor to support our mechanical assembly production, in our assembly facility located in Mallusk. This post is a permanent position and offers amazing opportunities for any successful candidate who wishes to gain experience within a progressive and dynamic company. The role will be based in Gilford to ensure works and procedures are being carried out in a timely manner.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can supervise, delegate work accordingly and support Project Managers on progress and advancements. Part of the role as Electrical Assembly Supervisor will be to manage electrical assembly teams and subcontractors, monitoring of queries and non-conformances.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-17:00
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Responsible to: Senior Production Manager

Key Responsibilities


  • Liaise with the project management teams in weekly project meetings to discuss progress and programmes.
  • Oversee the opening and startup of the assembly area, ensuring all equipment is operational and safety checks are completed.
  • Supervise daily operations of electrical install, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Plan and allocate work schedules, monitor progress, and adjust resources as needed.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance when required.
  • Ensure objectives have been set out for your team to accomplish target dates.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of assembly operators to achieve performance goals.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Attend on-site meetings to ensure the project is on track and all materials are available for the assembly teams.
  • Manage sub-contractors to ensure they fulfil their contract requirements as well as ensuring all RAMS are relevant and signed.
  • Any other duties are deemed necessary by Management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential Criteria:
  • Previous experience as a Electrical supervisor/ Project Manager .
  • Computer skills, including the ability to operate Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Organise a structured approach to your work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied portfolio of work.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Good attendance and timekeeping record.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to motivate colleagues, whilst maintaining a high level of productivity.
Desired Criteria:
  • Previous experience with leading continuous improvement programmes
