The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and ambitious Sales Representative: Brand to join our fast-growing U.S. team. This is not your average sales gig. You’ll be the face of Au Vodka in your market  building relationships, driving sales, and bringing the brand to life everywhere from high-end bars and restaurants to iconic nightlife venues, events, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Distribution: Grow Au Vodka’s presence by securing new on premise and off-premise accounts (bars, clubs, restaurants, retailers) and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Be the Brand: Represent Au with pride, professionalism, and personality — acting as a key brand ambassador in your region.
  • Own Your Territory: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit monthly targets and deliver strong ROI.
  • Activate the Culture: Support brand events, tastings, and activations that showcase Au’s lifestyle and elevate its image.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and distributor teams to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.
  • Spot Opportunities: Identify new market trends, competitor activity, and potential partnerships to keep Au ahead of the curve.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • A genuine passion for premium spirits and the Au Vodka brand
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the spirits, beverage, or lifestyle industry (premise experience highly preferred)
  • A natural networker with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Deep understanding of nightlife, hospitality, and/or luxury brand culture
  • Flexibility to travel locally and occasionally nationally for activations and events
  • A genuine passion for premium spirits and the Au Vodka brand
