You’ll play a vital role in helping customers understand their internet service options, compare features, and choose the right plan to fit their needs.

Internet Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with residential customers to understand their internet and wireless needs, recommending the best-fit products and sales solutions
  • Confidently explain internet service plans, features, and pricing to support a successful sales experience to local customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
  • Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Represent the Lumen brand with enthusiasm, integrity, and strong product knowledge
  • Stay informed on current internet offerings, promotions, and industry trends
  • Work closely with team members and managers to support campaign efforts and maximize sales performance

Internet Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for succeeding in a sales-driven environment
  • Professional, reliable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced, performance-focused setting

  • Reliable transportation for local travel and daily commute
