Driver/Mover/Packer -- CASH TIPS (North Austin)

About the Role

Movers / Helpers

• Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods 
• Lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes up stairs)
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Opportunities to travel throughout the United States

Drivers

• All mover/helper duties plus safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews

Pay & Benefits

Drivers

• Starting at $18+/hr (based on experience)
• Training pay: $17/hr (first 2–60 days)

Helpers

• Starting at $15/hr
• Training pay: $14/hr (first 2–60 days)

Additional Compensation:

• Tips – Many team members earn $30+/hr total with tips
• Profit-Sharing Bonus – Every 6 months after 1 year of continuous employment
• 401(k) – Company match up to 3%

Qualifications

Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid/Active driver's license for 2 + years
• No more than 2  moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No CDL required

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Weekday and weekend shifts
• Flexible scheduling options
